A. No, unless you prefer to. Most people, during the pandemic, are having consultations over the phone and hiring via credit card and email exchange.

A. Monday through Friday 9 to 5, however, you may call at any time.
Q. Do you charge for consultations?
A. Consultations are free
Q. What do I receive in exchange for your attorney’s fee?
A. Representation throughout your case or as specified in your legal agreement.

A. On parole cases, you would call 512-635-9835 and for all other cases you would call 512-930-5511 and our friendly legal assistants will help you get started.

A. You’ll be free to call, text or email anytime you have a question.

A. It depends on which type of case and the fact and circumstances of the situation.
Q. Will I have to go to court?
A. Family cases it is likely. Most of all parole matters are handled over the phone.
Q. How long will this process take?
A. Family cases it can be anywhere from one month to a year I for parole cases it all depends on win the client comes up for parole and if there are any set offs which could delays depending on the length of the set off.
